Terms of use

These terms describe the use of Selvup and access to the service.

Updated

The service

Selvup, provided by MF-BS, a sole proprietorship, lets you create interactive guides using your offers, questions and rules. Visitors receive an explained recommendation and a link to the relevant offer.

Purchases from creators take place on their destination websites under their own terms. A Selvup subscription covers use of the software only: it does not pay for those purchases or make Selvup their seller.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for the content you publish and the actions you perform or authorise. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact contact@selvup.com.

Trial and access

Your 14-day trial starts automatically after you verify your email address and finish setting up your account. No payment card is required. You will not be charged unless you explicitly subscribe.

When the trial ends, a subscription is needed to resume editing. Your account and data export remain accessible. New public journeys pause when your access expires or your quota is reached; journeys already started can finish.

Trial and subscription limits are set out on the pricing page and in your workspace. Reaching the quota does not automatically trigger additional charges.

Subscription and billing

The subscription is monthly. The price, currency and taxes are shown before payment. By subscribing, you authorise automatic renewal for each billing period until you cancel.

Paddle is the authorised reseller of the software subscription. It handles payment, receipts and billing management under its Buyer Terms. MF-BS remains responsible for providing Selvup. This integration does not collect payments for your own offers through Paddle.

Paid access depends on payment confirmation, not simply returning from a checkout page. If a period is unpaid, the corresponding access may be suspended; your guides are not automatically deleted.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel renewal through subscription management in your account, the portal linked in your Paddle email or paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops subsequent renewals.

Cancelling renewal, signing out and deleting an account are separate actions. To stop recurring payments, use the subscription cancellation process; merely signing out or stopping use of the service is not enough.

Cancellation does not by itself create a refund. Requests follow the refund process and any mandatory rights that apply to your circumstances.

Your content and rules

Your content remains yours. You must have the necessary rights to the text, images and other material you add. You authorise MF-BS to host, process and display that content as needed to operate the service and make the publications you choose.

You are responsible for your offers, their links and the suitability of your recommendation rules. Check the preview before publishing and review translations when available. Results follow your rules; Selvup does not guarantee that every offer suits every visitor or that you will achieve a commercial result.

Using Selvup does not transfer ownership of its software or brand to you.

Using the service

Do not use Selvup to publish unlawful or misleading content, infringe others’ rights, bypass access limits, compromise accounts or disrupt the service.

Access or content may be restricted to address abuse, a security risk or a legal obligation. The measure should be proportionate to the circumstances; you can contact us to ask for a review.

Support and applicable rights

If you run into a problem, read the help guide or email contact@selvup.com. An outage or maintenance may interrupt an operation. Keep an export of your guides when you need an independent copy.

These terms do not remove warranties or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Paddle’s terms govern your transaction with Paddle; they do not replace MF-BS’s obligations in providing the service.

These terms may change as the service or applicable requirements evolve. This version displays its update date. Changes affecting an existing subscription must respect any notice or consent required by applicable law.
