SELVUP HELP

From your first offer to a guide you can share.

Build your journey, try it as a visitor and share it when it is ready.

Open the Studio

Start with a useful example.

Choose a template in the Studio, then confirm “Use this template”. You can also open a saved guide from your list.

A template is a starting point: replace its content and links with your own before publishing. You can explore all six templates before opening the Studio.

Your offers. The right questions.

Add a name, description and destination link for each offer. You can also upload an image and add a price label, such as “€49” or “On request”. Save a new guide before uploading an image. Then write simple questions with answers that help someone choose.

Use the form button to apply each edit to the guide. Text you are still entering in a form is not included in the preview.

Decide what shapes a recommendation.

Connect answers to offers with rules. Scoring rules favour an offer; requirements and exclusions let you refine the match.

Try different answer combinations in the preview. Check the recommended offer, the reasons and the destination link, including when no offer matches.

Three steps, three different purposes.

Save
Keep the draft in your account so you can return to it. Unapplied form input remains separate.
Preview
Try changes you have applied to the draft, even before saving. This private preview does not change an already published guide.
Publish
Make the chosen version available through its public link. Saving a new draft does not automatically replace the published version.

Find your work and your subscription.

Sign in with the email address you used for your account. If you have forgotten your password, open account recovery on the sign-in screen.

The Studio subscription area shows your status and provides access to subscription management when available. Switching language does not create another account.

Something is getting in the way?

If a save fails, keep the page open and check your connection before trying again. A success message only appears after the save has been confirmed.

Use the Contact page to write to us. Include the step and the message you saw, but never include passwords or banking details.

Quick answers

Does my visitor need an account?

No. A public guide can be completed without a Selvup account. The Studio is the creator’s workspace.

Why can’t I see my change?

First check that you applied it in the form. The preview uses the draft; the public link uses the latest published version.

How can I check the result?

Answer the questions in the preview. Compare the recommendation with your rules, then open the offer link to check its destination.

How do I present my guides and offers in one place?

In “My public page”, choose the guides and offers you want to show, then save your selection. Preview it before publishing your page. Visitors switch between the Guides and Offers tabs; they can answer a guide or open an offer directly.

Can I add my own images?

Yes. Add an image to an offer and, if you wish, a banner to your public page. You can replace or remove them. Draft changes appear on the public link after publication. An offer without an image shows an initial; a page without a banner keeps its introduction.

Can visitors pay through the price shown in Selvup?

No. The price is information you enter and update. The offer button opens your usual link. Selvup does not synchronise that price or collect payments from your visitors.

How do I work in French and English?

Templates are available in both languages. Selvup also prepares translations of your copy and lets you edit it in the Studio. Check each version in the preview and make any corrections before publishing. A translation may take time or be temporarily unavailable; the Studio shows its status. Switching language does not publish your changes.

What if more than one offer fits?

The guide recommends an offer according to your rules. When several offers are tied, visitors can open the other suggested offers. Excluded or lower-ranked offers are not added to that selection.
