Selvup subscriptions are billed by Paddle as our authorised reseller. This page explains how renewal and refunds work for Selvup subscriptions. It does not cover purchases made on your own sales page by your visitors.

Cancellation
You can cancel renewal through the portal linked in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; it does not by itself create a refund.
Refunds
To request a refund or exercise an applicable withdrawal right, use the support link in your receipt or at paddle.net. Paddle's terms apply without limiting your mandatory rights.
